Man, great question. I think most never see it, because it only comes from god and they are looking in all the wrong places for it. We look to follow our heart to find love, but the heart is deceitful and wicked (Jeremiah 17:9). We look to others people for it, but they are prone to let us down as well (Romans 3:23). But God, he is love, and when we look to him, we cannot help but experience it (1 John 4:16).
