Powerful Video (featuring my boy Louie :0)

Saw this on ‘Take Your Vitamin Z‘ and thought I’d pass it along…

It features snippets from the ‘How Great Is Our God’ DVD by Louie Giglio, and the song ‘Never Let Go’ from the David Crowder Band’s ‘Remedy’ album.

I wish I had more time to do stuff like this :0)

  1. I came across your blog while looking at Shaun Grove’s, and while I was browsing around saw “featuring my boy Louie” so I clicked, because I Love Louie.
I love this video and what he says at the beginning. It’s funny .. I actually posted this very video on my blog a few posts ago.

Anyways, all this to say, I liked looking around, and I like what you have on here … (I am also downloading the 60 min podcast about Christians in Iraq as I type). I hope it’s ok that I put you on my blogroll 🙂

  2. Thanks for your comment… I’m going to venture that your name is Aly…

Yeah, I’m pretty much a very long-distance disciple of mr. giglio.

Have you read his two books?

What did you think about the ‘Christians in Iraq’ podcast?

I took a look at your blog and I must say that I am very jealous at the prospect that you’ll be going His College.

I listen to Francis’ podcasts all the time. He’s awesome!

  3. Yes .. my name is Alyssa, but Aly for short.

I have read “i am not but i know I AM” .. but not “The air I breathe” (yet .. it’s on my list of books to get).

I was quite drawn in to the podcast about Christians in Iraq. My heart is pulled towards the Iraq/Afghanistan region. The podcast placed a bit of fear in my thoughts, but Jesus expelled them and replaced them with more urgent thoughts for the people there.

I may be going to EBC .. not sure yet .. it is really the only direction I feel I may have right now … I haven’t applied yet either .. so .. we will see. I do like Francis a lot. I also like the direction their building project took.
